Wednesday morning

So yeah, sunsets definitely don’t suck here but neither do early morning wake ups.

Despite waking up in plenty of time for our 6:30 planned departure we were a hot mess and running so late. Which isn’t really a thing since we are catching a ferry that won’t wait on us. It didn’t help that the coffee pot basically leaked all the water all over the counter and I had to figure out how to stop it before it got any worse.

Making sandwiches for our hike
Another early pic. Can’t figure out why we are late.
Pulling out a little after 6:30

Jason wasn’t able to get both cars on the ferry so he and Brooks are going to make the drive in the Tesla. The rest of us are taking the ferry in the van. This is basically a fjord cruise and will be beautiful. Get ready for picture overload basically for the entire day.

Somehow Greg left the house with no phone (not my fault this time), no watch, and no credit cards. Hope we don’t get separated.

View from our house from the ferry.
Rare view of some of the kids on the boat.

So, basically all the kids ended up in the van to try to sleep because they were tired. Logan was the only kid who didn’t so he won the best kid on the ferry award.

So basically all I did for the 2.5 hours on the ferry was take a million pics.

My breakfast which was basically like a pop tart without the icing.
Preikestolen
This is another hike you can do that consists of 4,444 steps. It’s being considered as an activity tomorrow.
That tiny round rock at the very top of that fjord is our intended hiking destination.

Brooks and Jason arrived at the ferry port right before we arrived on the boat. Couldn’t have timed it much better.
